-Swami Vivekanand

‘Success’ as a term is whole confusing and described differently by everyone. For some success is all materialistic things, for some it bounds with their family and love, for some it is their career, for people from spiritual class it can be attaining the life of sage, noticeably it is important to understand that continuous development of own abilities prove to be the ultimate goal of a life which will turn up to be real success in all means. Success in general term is tagged with wealth, property, super cars bikes, yacht, Jets and relentless pursuit of name fame and money but there is other section of people too who are miles away from materialistic hyper needs. In many old civilizations and even in Indian mythology this pursuit is mark as wrong way of living life as this leaves no time to live the present time.

In Hinduism and Buddhism lot emphasis is given on ‘Karma’ where term Karma is deed or action. According to Hindu mythology karma or action done by person in present times perceived to be deciding factor of their fate in future. According to the Buddhist belief whatever you do comes back to you talks in the same spirit of Hinduism cycle of cause and effect.
According to this theory of Karma or Action, what happens to a person, happens because they caused it with their actions. Buddhism believes in Rebirth or Reincarnation same as Hindus do, which is decided by the deeds you have done in your previous births. They believe that birth and death in the sic realms six occur in successive cycle driven by ignorance, desire, and hatred. The cycle of rebirth is called samsara. It is a beginning less and ever-ongoing process. Liberation from Samsarā can be attained by following the spiritual path described by Buddhist. This path leads to vidyā, and the stilling oftrsnā and dvesa. Hereby the ongoing process of rebirth is stopped which is called ‘Moksha’ in Hindu mythology.

In Indian mythology, action or karma has been divided into three categories, according to their intrinsic qualities or Gunas. Here Nishkam Karma belongs to the first category, the Sattva(pure) or actions which add to calmness; the Sakam Karma (Self-centered action) comes in the second Rajasika(aggression) and Akarma(in-action) comes under the third, Tamasika which correlates to darkness or inertia. Nishkam Karma self-less or desire less action, is an action performed without any expectation of fruits or results without any personal goals and agendas, is the central message of holy book Bhagwad Gita.

All mythologies of ancient times or anyone from world today know the importance of action or karma to get success in his or her life.
